Username: Enter the registered User Name

Authentication Method: Select Authentication Method from the drop down.

The following is a description on how to authenticate with each of the Authentication methods.

  • Phone (Enter #):  You will receive a phone call to your registered phone number. Answer the phone. You will be prompted to authenticate. Press #. You will hear a message saying access is granted. Hang up.
  • Phone Profile :  You will need to enter your phone profile name. You will receive a phone call to the phone number associated with the profile name. Answer the phone. You will be prompted to authenticate. If the phone profile is configured for phone # authentication, press #. You will hear a message saying access is granted. Hang up. If the phone profile is configured for phone pin authentication, after the prompt press # and then enter your pin followed by the # again. You will hear a message saying access is granted. Hang up. Note that you will need to register a phone profile before you can use this mode of authentication.
  • Push (Accept / Deny):  You will receive a push notification to your registered phone number. You will be prompted to press Accept or Deny. If you are a first time user you need to register to push services and download the ProtectID app from the app store.
  • Push (Biometrics):  You will receive a push notification to your registered phone number. You will be prompted to authenticate via the built-in biometric of your phone (fingerprint or facial). If you are a first time user you need to register to push services and download the ProtectID app from the app store.
  • OTP (Sent Via EMAIL):  You will receive an email with a One Time Password to your registered email address. A box will popup in the login screen where you enter the OTP.
  • OTP (App):  A box will popup in the login screen where you enter the OTP. If you are a first time user you need to register a token and download the ProtectID app from the app store.
